ちまたでは 「株で素人（個人）が勝つのは難しい」 とよく言われます。
そして、安定した利益を得ている人はほんの一握りだとも言われます。
私には半分正解で半分間違っているようにも聞こえますが、他の大多数の人と同じことをやっていては安定したリターンを確保できないのは確かな気がします。
例えば、今は100年に１度の大不況だと言われています。ほとんどの人が消費を控え、長引く不況に向けて貯蓄をし、投資をやめているのが現状でしょう。
つまり、それが大多数の人の判断だということです。確かに、状況を考えれば一見正論にも思えます。しかし、考え方によっては間違っていると言えるかもしれません。
まず、100年に１度の大不況だというのであれば、これ以上の不況は無いわけですから、論理的に考えれば、財務が健全でこの不況を乗り切ることができる企業に投資すべきだと思います。
また、皆が消費を抑えて、あらゆるサービスを提供しているところが客不足の状態におちいっていることが予想されます。客不足の状態であれば、商品の値引きの交渉もしやすいですし、接客もいつも以上の状態が期待できます。
そう思うと、普段よりも積極的に消費をして普段以上のサービスを受けるのがお得だと思います。
客観的にみれば確かにそうです。ただ、さらに景気が悪化するかもしれないので、そこまで大胆には動けませんが（笑）
ただ、そうは言っても将来に向けて準備をはじめるのは早いに越したことはありません。
そこで、私は最近になって、不動産や人材関連などの、極端に売り込まれている不人気魚介の企業の株を物色し始めました。
いくら業界が不景気だと言っても、これからずっと誰も家を買わないことはありえませんし、景気が良くなってこれば人材は再度必要になってくるからです。
業界全体が極端に売り込まれているので、株価が企業の持つ価値の以上に下落しています。今、不動産関係や人材関係の企業の株に投資しておけば、景気が戻れば他の企業以上の利益を得ることが出来るかもしれませんね。
